1. Add "offer creation" to your service.

The offer is always the bottleneck and very few people can create great offers.

If you do cold email for example, start creating the client's cold email offer too.

It will differentiate you and also allow you to get a better result.

2. Give them templates, frameworks, assets that are adjacent to your service that will help you get a better result

For example, if you do cold email:

  • Sales presentation framework

  • Sales training

  • Follow up templates

  • Website framework

  • Case study template

3. Communicate with every client at least twice per day

  • Once in the morning

  • Once at night

This won't directly help you get a better result, but it will lead to a better client experience (part of the offer) & they will be more bought in which will help you get what you need.
