Follow these steps to create effective content for all platforms in less than 15 min. per day.

It is important that you post content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Here is how to do it quickly and effectively:

  1. Brainstorm all the major categories of your service (If you were doing YouTube, these might be thumbnails, editing, scripts, ideas, titles, production value, etc.)

  2. Come up with 50 FAQs for each using ChatGPT. Make sure they are decently high-level.

  3. Narrow down those 50 FAQs to about 20. Make sure they are all good.

  4. Put these all in a spreadsheet with a checkbox beside each FAQ to signify which you have completed.

  5. Sign up for Hypefury.com as your scheduling tool

  6. Post five tweets answering FAQs every day, and then cross-post them with Hypefury to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to save time.

  7. At the end of every week, go to the Analytics Tab in Hypefury and see which of your Tweets got the most likes. Choose the top seven.

  8. Turn these top seven into short-form videos (60 seconds) or less. If they got good engagement on Twitter, that indicates people are interested in the topic, and they will make good videos.

  9. Take the top 1-3 of these seven videos and expand on them and create full-length YouTube videos about them.

Here's what you need to do on a weekly basis

  1. Spend 10 minutes per day writing five new Tweets and adding them to your content bank in Hypefury. Cross-post these to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.

  2. Make all seven short-forms on a single day, put captions on them and then schedule them one a time on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels

  3. Take the time to make at least one full-length YouTube video. Don't use a script or edit. Simply create and talk over a Miro Board

  4. Transcribe your YouTube video and repurpose it into a weekly newsletter. You may have to edit it a bit, but it will still be great

Content is arguably the most important part of the funnel as it gets you attention, converts people who already know about you, and gets your clients more bought in.
