Here are 10 quick wins you can use to transform your marketing agency or B2B business:

1. Starting posting long YouTube videos screensharing presentations or Miro Boards 

Focus on actually teaching them something.

No editing, script, etc.

2. Start focusing your cold emails on getting potential referral/whitelabel partners instead of clients

Do a 33% client, 66% partner split.

3. Start manually prospecting for 60 minutes per day on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

Focus on building relationships and playing the long game. You will get more sales that way if you delay gratification.

4. Make an intro offer that is priced at least $250 per hour, done in 7 days or less, and has a super strong guarantee.

5. Plan out a full value ladder for your agency for the following price points:

  • $100

  • $1,000

  • $5,000

  • $50,000

You need something to offer to everyone. These price points are just examples, but you need them all

6. Make sure to have at least seven offers/revenue streams

  • Paid products

  • Affiliate links

  • Course

  • Program

  • Referral Partnerships

  • One Time Offer

  • Recurring Service

7. Change your ads from Book a Call VSL to either:

  • Lead magnet ads

  • Case study ads

  • Training ads

8. Set up your onboarding so they get at least two wins in the first 60 minutes to reduce buyers remorse

Follow this up with 5+ more wins in the first 48 hours.

9. Make a list of 12+ potential objections with you and/or your service.

Make graphics, and a plan to overcome each of them, and then incorporate all of this into your sales presentation pre-emptively.

10. Divide your service into 10 main subcategories (for YouTube, these would be thumbnail, title, script, idea, etc.)

Brainstorm 20 FAQs of objections with each.

You now have 200 content ideas (10x20) and will never run out again.
