10-Step Plan To Get More Work Done

Follow these steps to get more work done than ever before.

How To Work 12 Hours Per Day Without Stopping

Nothing is going to work without the work.

It is all fun and games to say things like “Work smarter, not harder” or “ work on high-leverage tasks” until you get to a certain level, then everybody is smart, correctly identifies the most important things to work on, and also works for 12-16 hours per day.

Here is a ten-step plan to put you on the path

1. Set up a second desk + computer in a small, dark room. If all else fails, do it in your closet

2. Wake up at 4-6am every day. The earlier the better

3. Get a timer, set it for 60 minutes, and train yourself to sit there and work until the timer goes off.

Make sure your phone is not with you and is out of the room

4. During the 60 minutes, wear ear plugs

5. Make sure you have a daily schedule for each hour. It doesn't have to be restrictive, but lack of clarity will hinder you

6. At the end of every hour, fill out a Google Form about what you did to prove that you actually worked

7. When you wake up in the morning, do three hours like this before you do anything else.

Then, you can workout

8. When you are starting out, do five hours like this, and then add another hour every week until you get to 12 hours

9. These are actual "real" work hours. Not what most people define as work. Even five hours of work like this will be better than 50 hours of work for the average person.

10. The more you do it, the easier it becomes. Eventually, you won't be happy unless you are sitting in your closet hammering out 60 minute work sessions all day long

If you do this for 30 days, you will never want to go back to the “old” way of doing things. I can promise you that.
